To Bradley Class,
I hope that you are all well and are keeping safe. I am missing you all very much and it’s very strange to go about my day without taking the register, reading you a story or having lots of little hugs.
I’m sorry that we were not able to celebrate our marble and pyjama day but I haven’t forgotten! I’m sure Miss Hoare will let us find a time to do this when we all come back to school.
You have your learning packs to complete and I would like you to try your very best, but don’t worry if you don’t know an answer. The most important thing is that you try.
I would also like to challenge you to another task. Try and make the most out of every single day. Wake up and practice the mindfulness activities I taught you. Remember to breathe in for 5, hold for 5, then breathe out for 5.
Stretch, do Mini Me Yoga or cosmic yoga online, draw and colour, collect leaves and twigs, if you have an outside area, and make them into a picture. Count how many clouds you can see in the sky, what do they look like? How many 3D shapes can you find in your home?
I would love to hear from you and see pictures of you doing these activities! If your grown up emails asktheteacher@wolborough.org.uk I can have a look and respond to you.
I’m so sorry that we didn’t get to say goodbye properly, but I’m looking forward to seeing you all and catching up in the future.
Have fun, stay safe, listen to and respect your grown ups and keep doing what you do best. Being your funny, kind, creative and caring selves.
Lots of love,
Miss Young.
